Through the creation of these clay Thobes, Bint El-Shams honors and preserves the rich heritage of Palestinian ancestors by transforming it into handcrafted clay sculptures. Each clay Thobes is a unique piece of art, carefully molded, dried, carved, painted with acrylics, and glazed with precision and love. The artistic process is time-intensive, with each piece requiring between one week to ten days to complete its multiple stages and achieve its distinctive character.
